and a double/twin bunk bed
in the third bedroom.
There is one bathroom

shower and it
also has an
enclosed shower
outdoors.

2005/2006 and offers wood floors
throughout, ceiling fans in the
living room and two of the three
bedrooms (the third bedroom also
has a fan ), new furnishings
including a futon couch and comfortable chairs, fully-furnished
porch with a sofa,
table, chair and rocker, great lighting, and a great new deck
just off the screened-
in porch near the charcoal BBQ grill and picnic table.

This
cottage is laid out in
a split-level design. From the
screened porch you enter
the
fireplaced living room that is open
to the dining and kitchen areas.
Three steps up bring you to the
bedrooms and bathroom.
The
fully equipped kitchen includes a
full-size refrigerator, gas stove,
microwave
oven,
toaster,
coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.
Outdoors,
there is a
charcoal BBQ,
picnic table and a clothesline. A coin-operated
laundry is available
on the
property with washers and dryers.
There
is also a roof-top deck that
comes complete with with a
hammock, three lounge chairs,
dining table with a 12 foot
umbrella, and a 4 burner gas grill
with side burner.

There is a large sandy area
behind
Sea View for children games and
play as well as plenty of space
outside the cottage for family events.
This
cottage rents from Sunday
to Sunday with a weekly price
that
ranges from
$945.00 to
$2,100.00. Shorter stays
are
possible before June 15 and in
October.
